This menu helps you start eliminating toxins. At the same time you will receive all the necessary proteins and nutrients to exercise. This is not a weight loss program but it can get you started. Friday Day #1 - Dinner -
Dinners include BBQ Chicken (small) with Apple Sauce & Lemonade

Saturday Day #2 - BEFORE BREAKFAST-
When you first wake up, drink 1 small spoon of white vinegar with water

Day #2 -Breakfast-
All you eat FRUITS, All you can drink herbal teas. One oatmeal Guaraná and Yerba Mate (no caffeine) are natural stimulants. These herbs help to absorb fat, increase metabolism in elimination, and provide energy. This is a good way of refreshing the digestive system. Oatmeal is one of the healthiest breakfast cereals. It's high quantity of complex carbohydrates provides sustained energy. Some fruits are more caloric like apples, grapes, oranges. Carrots are good cleansing juices but might be minimized for weight loss. More grapefruit, lemon and watermelon eliminates water accumulation.

Saturday Day #2 - Lunch-
All you can eat and drink bean and lentil soup and salad and lemonade. This is a blend of tasty soup and all-you-can-eat salads. Some vegetable choices are carrots, celery, beets, and lots of greens. Greens, provide more energy, as these are high-protein plants and easily to assimilate. Spinach helps with anemia, eczema, and digestive problems. Cucumber helps with edema and diabetes. The protein content in broccoli is about one-third of its nourishment. Cucumbers, greens, lettuce, spinach, and parsley are very helpful. Beans and lentils are healthy people's meat. Legumes are an interesting type of food, mainly a mixture of protein and starch, with many positive qualities. They are low in calories, low in fat, a good complex carbohydrate, and fairly high in fiber, which may help intestinal action and even help to reduce cholesterol levels.

Saturday Day # 2 - Dinner-
Big Veggies Grill Night: Corn, Zucchinis, Onions, Peppers & more w/Lemonade These Veggies are high in nutrients. They have plant protein, calcium, iron, folic acid, and vitamins C, A, E and are also a source of selenium and zinc.

AFTER Dinner-
LIQUID FASTING. From 4:30 to Sunday morning.
It is impossible to separate the concepts and practices of detoxification without having a fasting. Liquid Fasting, or the avoidance of solid food, as I use the term here, is one method of the best detoxification and probably the most effective. You will have different all-you-can-drink. Some of the Herbal Teas are very rare and are imported from South America.
