8:45-9:10 Yoga-Relaxation exercises to get you ready for bed
Recomendation: Be in bed no later than 9:30 pm to have enough rest for next early morning wake up.
The Red Time: The Fire, the Element for Your Body
The Sun and Energy in You/Your Willpower, There are not Limits/The Group Energy/The Laugh, The Sweat and the Fun.
6:30am-7:30am- Breathing Exercises, yoga and streching exercises to get you ready for the hike.
7:45 am - Breakfast-
8:30 am- 10:15 pm - Hiking. Beginner level. The time includes stops to rest and to take pictures.
10:45-11:30 pm - Lunch preparation, shower, packing
11:45-1:45 pm - Lunch. Optional After Lunch: Start half day all you can drink fasting (see more on nutrition).
